Anchors are fully responsible for their broadcast content. Masana TV reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

5. Live Streaming Rules

Anchors must adhere to standard broadcast ethics. No streaming of illegal activities or acts that endanger public safety. Broadcasters must respect the privacy of individuals appearing in their streams. Masana TV may immediately terminate streams that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

Masana TV owns the platform, its design, and branding. Users retain ownership of their original content but grant Masana TV a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote their content on the platform.

7. Privacy

We collect basic information such as email addresses, display names, and usage data. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is collected solely to provide and improve the platform experience.

8. Termination

Masana TV reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate user accounts that violate these terms. Users may choose to delete their accounts at any time through the platform Settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

Masana TV is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any content posted by users, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service at all times.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Masana TV after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Campaigns, Bursary & Admission Applications

Masana TV does not offer bursaries or admissions and does not guarantee success for bursary applications or admission to any Institution of Higher Learning. Masana TV serves only as a facilitator to help students with the application process. Students must verify all information and requirements with the relevant institutions independently.
